Participants who share the most interesting answers will be rewarded with pre-announced gifts. The participants can give as many entries as they can to increase their chances of winning.
Factors that would be used for the selection of the winner:

1. The participant(s) should own a Maruti Suzuki car
2. The participant(s) entry should have minimum 150 words.
3. The participant(s) has to share an image/photograph related to the submitted story
4. The participant(s) whose entry is relevant to the contest.

Contest Duration: 3rd September 2018 to 1st October 2018.
We shall be shortlisting one winner every week and winner will be shortlisted basis story relevance, creativity and the imagery used.
The winner would be gratified with a gift voucher worth INR 5000.
Participation in our contests implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
If required, the winners need to send a copy of PAN Card (Self attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of driving license or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested), Address proof: Driving license / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 6 months old) (Self attested) in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email.
The final right to choose the winner rests with the management of Maruti Suzuki True Value and their decision shall stand final.
If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified from the contest.
Maruti Suzuki True Value reserves the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participant from participating in the contest without assigning any reason. The decision of Maruti Suzuki True Value in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participant(s) without any demur or objection.
Gratification is not subject to exchange or replacement or transferable or redeemable for cash or kind.
Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
Only those entries will be counted that are on the subject matter of the contest. Rest all conversations will be not be taken into account.
Every time the winners of the contests have to provide their requested details to True Value or through its authorized agency on Facebook or Twitter within 15 days of winning it. If he/she doesn’t, our team will inform them via a message on Facebook or Twitter and provide them 5 more days to send their details. And if the winner still fails to provide the required information, the prize will be cancelled.
The prize will be delivered to the winner within 60 days of winning it on the address provided by them.
True Value reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
True Value shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The participants confirm that the contest answers shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women, artist, celebrity or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India or/and the internal policies of True Value.
Decision of True Value in relation to the Contest and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the contestants. Dispute if any respect of the contest should be sent in writing to Maruti Suzuki India Private Limited, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against True Value. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts arising out of the contest shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Director of Maruti Suzuki in accordance with the Arbitration and the Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language used in arbitral proceeding shall be English. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out here in above, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Contest.
